Dr. McClellan provides forensic psychological consultations, evaluation, and expert witness testimony in competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility (insanity), and sentence mitigation cases through the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and private attorneys.
